We have rabbit meat available year round at the farm. If you never had rabbit meat you are missing out on one of the best meat with high protein. Rabbit meat is very lean but not dry like most lean meats. If you like fried chicken you will love fried rabbit or a nice rabbit stew that will blow you away.
